The Repairs Process
Most of the time it is easier if you bring your pump in-store. If you cannot make it to our store, just call us. That way we can book you in for repairs with our workshop. By booking in, this plays a vital part in our REPAIRS process. Before you bring your item down to the store, please DO NOT ATTEMPT to take it apart. If you take it apart, it not only makes the job harder for our staff but, pieces could go missing in the process.
Once the team have a look at your item, they should be able to give you a time frame or date for when the repair can be complete. If our team are out of the workshop, you will need to provide your contact details to our front staff. That way the workshop can get a hold of you if anything needs to be discussed.
